Crop & Food Research New Zealand: Nutrition and health tools
Crop & Food Research maintain the New Zealand Food composition database (in partnership with the Ministry of Health). The database contains a comprehensive list of foods commonly eaten in New Zealand and the nutrients they contain.

Crunch & Sip
Crunch&Sip® is a set break to eat fruit (or salad vegetables) and drink water in the classroom. Students 're-fuel' with fruit or vegetables during the morning or afternoon -assisting physical and mental performance and concentration in the classroom. Information & resources can be found here.

CSIRO Food & Nutritional Sciences Division
CSIRO is Australia’s premier provider of food and nutrition research with their-farm gate research capability within CSIRO Food and Nutritional Sciences being delivered to Industry, Government and CSIRO’s National Research Flagships.  This site contains up to date industry research and developments as well as useful fact sheets.

5 a Day - New Zealand
5+ A Day was launched in New Zealand in 1994 by the non-profit organization United Fresh NZ Inc. and became a Charitable Trust in 2009. The objective of 5+ A Day is to encourage all New Zealanders to eat and enjoy eating 5 or more servings of fruit and vegetables every day for health, taste and variety. This is in line with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines that recommend we eat five or more servings of fruit and vegetables each day.  This site contains information, news and links on promoting fresh produce.

Go for 2 & 5
Health authorities in Australia recommend you eat at least 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables every day, which prompted the Australian 'Go for 2 & 5' campaign. This site allows you to find out about the benefits of fruit and vegies, nifty ways to get more fruit and vegies into your day, plus some super simple tasty recipes.

National Health & Medical Research Council: Dietary Guidelines for all Australians
The NHMRC Dietary Guidelines for Australian Adults and Dietary Guidelines for Children and Adolescents in Australia incorporating the Infant Feeding Guidelines for Health Workers are based on the best available scientific evidence and provide information for health professionals and the general population about healthy food choices.
