China's projected economic growth, population growth and rate of urbanisation are bringing about profound changes to China's agrifood sector according to an Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES) report published on 4 March 2014.
What China wants: Analysis of China's food demand to 2050 investigates the developing agrifood production, consumption and trade trends out to 2050. The study considers demand across three different income groups: urban high income, urban medium income and rural households.

The Official Australian Reference Guide to Agricultural Biotechnology and GM Crops, developed by The Agricultural Biotechnology Council of Australia (ABCA), provides factual information about GM crops based on scientific evidence.
