Food Finders: finding the unclaimed space in the health and wellness basket

Nielsen's Director of Innovation Thais Gill takes a look at what health looks like for different generations and what it means for the products they buy. Thais will identify what modern consumers are thinking about health and wellness, unpacking the drivers for success and uncovering pockets of growth for fresh produce. Her analysis will identify opportunities for innovation and premiumisation in fresh fruits and vegetables, helping the industry find unclaimed space in the health and wellness basket.
