The PMA A-NZ Produce Development Program gives the next generation of produce industry leaders in Australia and New Zealand the tools they need to achieve excellence for themselves and their businesses.Participants will learn crucial professional skills including effective communication, commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help drive themselves, their companies and the industry as a whole to the next level. Registration fee:   $5,450 plus GST for non-members
(credit cards incur a 2% surcharge)
PMA A-NZ Member Discount:   PMA members receive an AUD $500 discount per registrant. This will reduce the program fee to $4,950 plus GST for PMA A-NZ members.

  • Business simulation to practice working through the key challenges of executing strategy in a competitive marketplace
  • Case study – to provide practical, real world industry insights and translate strategic thinking into applicable skills in the produce industry
  • Presentation skills and feedback on a group task with visiting PMA executives
  • Peer learning groups to facilitate knowledge sharing and peer feedback
