PMA Scholarships
Tip Murphy Scholarship for Leadership Excellence
Recognising that strong leaders drive the future of the produce industry, the Tip Murphy Scholarship for Leadership Excellence (TMSLE) supports emerging leaders by advancing their careers through development of leadership skills and is funded by the generous donations of supporters of the Tip Murphy Legacy Fund. This new program covers the cost of registration and associated hotel expenses to ONE of a growing number of PMA and Foundation leadership events in the US including the Leadership Symposium, Fresh Summit and the Food Service Conference. For the 2012 year, two scholarships will be awarded. The application deadline is November 4, 2011. To download an application form click here.

AgriFood-ISS Institute International Fellowships
AgriFood Skills Australia offers annual International Fellowships, in conjunction with the International Specialised Skills (ISS) Institute. These are valued at $10,000 each. The Fellowship program provides successful applicants with the opportunity to travel overseas and research a topic of particular value to the agrifood industry, examining innovative approaches that demonstrate potential benefits for, and application in, Australia. Mort Johnston Professional Development Scholarship (Banana Industry)

Commonwealth Supported Places now available for University of Sydney Masters of Agriculture
The Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at the University of Sydney is now offering, Commonwealth Supported Places for students in their Masters of Agriculture program, which means a 70% reduction in fees and no upfront fees for students.
